User Experience

I started doing user experience research in 2020 during the height of the pandemic to level up my problem solving skills in the tech space. With a degree in communication and a natural eye for creativity I made the jump!

Now I understand how to look at problems from outside the box and generate innovative ideas and solutions based on user data and insights. Being a researcher is primarily about asking questions, conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data and connecting the dots for the end user.

I’m skilled at conducting and facilitating qualitative user interviews and surveys, creating user personas, data collection, analysis, and synthesis.

My niche is working with solo musicians and creatives.
